1. About the service
Resume AI Builder helps people create, tailor and export professional resumes. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with Canva, any job board or any employer referenced on the site.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information.
3. Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until canceled. Prices are displayed in US dollars and may exclude taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.
4. AI suggestions
AI-generated text can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review every suggestion and keep only statements that truthfully reflect your experience, education and skills. You remain responsible for the final resume.
5. Queue and availability
The experience may place a request in a queue while generation capacity is prepared. Service availability may change during maintenance or high demand, and features may be improved or replaced over time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to misrepresent qualifications, infringe intellectual property, impersonate another person, break the law, probe the service or interfere with other users.
7. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in the resume information you provide. You grant us permission to process that information only to deliver the requested resume-building features.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel from the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period unless the subscription is otherwise terminated for a violation of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published when you subscribe governs that subscription period.
